Abstract
결론
영구치의 맹출 지연을 주소로 전남대학교병원 소아치과에 내원한 아동중 그 원인이 국소적
인 것에 있다고 판단하여 외과적 노출을 하거나 공간 확보하여 교정적인 견인력을 가하여
치료한 결과 저자들은 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
1. 매복 미맹출 영구치는 인접치의 경사로 인한 공간폐쇄 및 정중선의 변위 등의 심미적 기
능적 문제를 유발하므로 조기에 발견하여 적절한 치료를 시행함으로써 합병증을 예방하여야
한다.
2. 미맹출 치아의 외과적 노출시 손상을 극소화하고 국소적인 염증을 제거하며 적절한 교정
력을 부여하고 적절한 부착치은을 유지하여 건강한 치주조직을 만들어 주어야 한다.
3. 치근의 root apex가 완성되지 않은 치아는 자가맹출할 능력을 가지고 있으므로 일단 공
간 확보하여 관찰 후 더 이상 정상맹출 하지 않는 경우에 가철식 장치를 이용하여 맹출 시
키고 마지막으로 fixed therapy를 통해 적당한 치축과 위치를 갖도록 해야한다.

Impacted or unerupted permanent teeth have may problems in making a diagnosis and
treatment plan in dental clinic. There are several methods to treat imparted teeth. The
combination of surgical exposure and orthodontic traction in usually the treatment of
choice in cases with impacted teeth. Two case are reported, which were treated surgical
intervention and orthodontic movement. and one case is treated with orthodontic
movement alone. To improve esthetic problem and maintain periodontal health, We
should avoid loss of attached gingiva in surgical exposure, and excessive orthodontic
force during the traction of the impacted tooth.
